The Mexican Cowboy - Oaxaca

Shot at the Hierve el Agua in the Oaxaca region of Mexico, the Mexican Cowboy represents an era thought forgotten. 

The hot springs in this area are a place of stunning natural beauty, in a remote location far from conventional civilisation, with locals and tourists traveling for dozens of miles to experience it for themselves.

I was very much struck by the simplicity of everyday life in the area; no electricity, phones, or deadlines. Just living life day by day.

During my time there I was fortunate enough to encounter a local rancher out for a ride.
